I am qualified with a cert 3 in hospitality and a certificate in food safety and procedures. (Food health and safety supervisor). I have been working in commercial kitchens on and off for the last 16 years.
I am cooking your product out of a legal Kitchen. Please see my licence in my photos...If you cant see one on a site...DON'T use them... REPORT THEM. Food poisoning kills and it target's the high risk people... Immunodeficiency, children and the elderly to out line them for you...While you may be fine...Some one in the above groups can actually die..Is that a risk your willing to take?
Don't hand you child a death warrant for their birthday wrapped up in a birthday cake! Please be safe and informed about your choices.
You can't see food poisoning bacteria! just because your cake looks fine....it does not mean it is! The food licence is in place to protect you. It is not something you can just walk in a get! it is extremely hard to acquire and for good reason!
